Privacy at SF Matcha
Newsletter signup
The signup form requires your explicit agreement to receive SF Matcha guides and new-spot emails. It sends your email address, consent, consent date and signup source to our signup service hosted on Render and our email provider, Resend. Signup saves your subscription; no confirmation email is sent. We don't sell subscriber addresses or share them with caf茅s for their marketing.
Future newsletter emails will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; an opt-out record may be retained to avoid subscribing you again by mistake. Don't enter payment information or other sensitive information in the email field.
Caf茅 pilot drafts
The caf茅 pilot planner creates a proposal in your browser. The planner does not submit the caf茅 details to SF Matcha or enroll a caf茅. Downloading a draft does not activate an offer. A future voucher service will have separate terms and privacy details before it collects customer information.
Site services
The map uses third-party services, including Google Maps when enabled. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The site includes Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic measurement. These services receive ordinary browser requests and apply their own privacy policies.

For site questions or a privacy request, contact the site maintainer. Describe your request without posting your email address or other personal information in the public issue; ask for a private follow-up. For data held by our email provider, Resend also accepts privacy requests at support@resend.com.
